No. The default template is ready for SES.HOSPEDAJES. Advanced customization is optional.

What is SES.HOSPEDAJES?
Under Real Decreto 933/2021, hosts in Spain must report guest stays to the Ministry of the Interior — at the time of the reservation or contract and again within 24 hours of check-in. SES.HOSPEDAJES is the official portal. Partelisto collects the required fields once, validates them, and files the parte for you over the official web service once your Ministry credentials are connected — recording SES’s acuse. The check-in PDF and a manual export stay available as a fallback.
Does Partelisto submit to SES.HOSPEDAJES for me?
Yes — automatic submission through the official SES.HOSPEDAJES web service is live in production. Connect the credentials the Ministry issues to your account and Partelisto files each parte for you, recording the Ministry's acuse. Until you connect them — and always as a fallback — Partelisto prepares the export file that you upload to the SES.HOSPEDAJES portal yourself.
Do you cover Catalonia and the Basque Country?
No. Those regions report to their own systems — Mossos d’Esquadra and Ertzaintza — instead of SES.HOSPEDAJES, and Partelisto does not produce their formats. If your property is in Catalonia or the Basque Country, this is not the right tool yet.
