Subprocessors
Last updated: August 2026
Partelisto uses a small number of providers to run the service. This page lists the third-party subprocessors that may process personal data on our behalf, what they are used for and where they are located. Authentication (Keycloak), file storage (MinIO) and the databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL) are self-hosted by Partelisto on the infrastructure below — they are not separate third-party services.
Kamatera Inc — cloud infrastructure
Purpose: hosting and storage of the application and all data (guest register, account data, databases, file storage, authentication). Data processed: all personal data held by the service. Location: data centre in Frankfurt, Germany (EU/EEA). Kamatera Inc is US-incorporated; the data is hosted in the EU and any provider access is covered by the appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR.
Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online) — email delivery
Purpose: sending transactional email, in particular the guest check-in link. Data processed: guest name and email address, and host account email. Location: European Union (Microsoft EU data boundary), with standard contractual clauses where a transfer applies. Provider: Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited.
Stripe — payment processing (host billing only)
Purpose: subscription billing and payment processing for host accounts. Guests never pay through Partelisto, so guest register data is never sent to Stripe. Data processed: host billing and account data. Location: Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (Ireland), with standard contractual clauses for any transfer outside the EEA.
No advertising or analytics subprocessors
We use no third-party advertising, analytics or tracking providers (no Google Analytics, Hotjar or Meta). See the Cookie and storage policy (/cookies).
Changes
We will give reasonable notice of any new or replaced subprocessor so that hosts (as controllers) may object on reasonable data-protection grounds. Questions: support@partelisto.es.
