Partelisto produces SES.HOSPEDAJES files, which you upload to the portal yourself until you connect your Ministry-issued credentials — automatic submission over the official web service is live in production and switches on for your account as soon as you do. It does not cover Catalonia or the Basque Country, which report to Mossos d’Esquadra and the Ertzaintza in their own formats.
