Data protection: who uses your data and your rights

Controller: the host of this accommodation.
Purpose: managing the traveller register and its mandatory communication to SES.HOSPEDAJES.
Legal basis: a legal obligation of the host (Royal Decree 933/2021; art. 6.1.c GDPR). Your consent is not required.
Recipients: the Ministry of the Interior (SES.HOSPEDAJES) and the providers strictly needed to run the service. No further disclosures and no transfers outside the EU.
Processor: Partelisto (Mikhail Petrusheuski, NIE Z1493872G), acting on behalf of the host. Contact: support@partelisto.es.
Retention: for the period required by the rules applicable to the host (up to 3 years for those obliged to keep the register).
Rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish DPA (AEPD, aepd.es). Exercise them through the host or at support@partelisto.es.
