Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Partelisto, operated by Mikhail Petrusheuski (autónomo), NIE Z1493872G, Benidorm (Alicante), Spain — support@partelisto.es. By creating an account you accept them.
Service
Partelisto provides tools for guest check-in: a guest link and mobile form, default and custom PDF templates, PDF/CSV generation, and SES.HOSPEDAJES export. Available features depend on your plan.
SES.HOSPEDAJES submission (status)
The core, always-available service is producing the check-in documents and an SES.HOSPEDAJES-ready export that you upload to the official portal. Automatic submission over the official SES web service is live in production; it activates for your account once you connect the credentials the Ministry issues to you as the registered host, and is not active until you do. You remain responsible in all cases for meeting the legal filing deadline; the manual export is the reliable fallback.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Owner responsibilities
Owners must comply with local guest-registration laws, inform guests appropriately, and use exported data only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful content.
Plans, billing and cancellation
A free plan is available. Paid plans (Starter, Pro) are billed monthly or annually through Stripe as selected; a 14-day trial and plan limits are described on the pricing page. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period; we do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods unless required by law. Prices are shown excl./incl. taxes as indicated at checkout.
Data export and account deletion
You can download your check-in PDFs and SES/CSV exports at any time. On account closure your account data is deleted or anonymised, subject to legal retention of billing and traveller-register records described in the Privacy Policy.
Data processing
For guest check-in data, you (the host) are the controller and Partelisto is your processor. The processing terms required by Art. 28 GDPR are set out in our Data Processing Agreement (/dpa), which forms part of these terms for hosts collecting guest data.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that automatic SES submission will be accepted. You remain responsible for your legal registration obligations.
